the git version uses SSL now, the easiest way is to create a self signed
certificate and put it in your config directory.

There is a helper script that will create the certificate for you:
tools/create_cert.sh

Just run it and it will produce a dsscert.pem file, which you will have to
copy to your config dir (you can also specify another location via config.xml)
