Wie ist es möglich SSL zu deaktivieren ?

Gemäss API Beschrieb 
3.3.5 /config/subsystems/WebServer
Descrription: interface and ports on which the web server is listening for incoming connections.
By default SSL is used, however an « h » behind the port means, that SSL was disabled fort he given port and that is available without encryption

Wo finde ich dieses File ?
Wo kann ich das einstellen ?
