[dss-announce] digitalSTROM server mailing-lists up and running again

we have gotten some notifications about problems when submitting messages to the digitalSTROM server mailing-lists. We have checked the server and everything seems to be working properly now. Should you continue to experience problems using the service, please let us know. Thank you!
