[dss-announce] Scheduled downtime for developer.digitalstrom.org on July 21

Dear all,

We've planned to update and move our Gitorious/Redmine/Mailman installations 
on digitalstrom.org for tomorrow, Thursday July 21. This will cause some 
service disruption for all development services including the gitorious 
web interface, the git repositories, bug tracker, and mailing lists.

The update is scheduled to start 9am CEST, and the goal is to be back 
online around 2pm CEST.
