[dss-developer] Access to dSS on dSK30 demo Kit

I guess with energy-meter you mean a dSM? You need to open-up your kit and connect a dSS running on a Linux machine to it. See [1] for some guidance on doing that. After that you should be able to use the dSS API[2].
