[dss-developer] dss v0.8.0 cygwin port

Dear subscribers,

We are happy to announce that we have successfully ported dSS v0.8.0 to Cygwin and built a Windows executable. For a proper installation and configuration on your computer an installer is avialable under http://developer.digitalstrom.org/releases/Setup_dSS4win-0.8.0.zip for downloading.

The installer was tested under Windows XP and Windows 7 in several languages.
